Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. But for now, only to Bangladesh, Bhutan, Mauritius, Nepal and Sri Lanka.

We are trying to push our physical boundaries of operation gradually, but surely. If at all, your location is not covered by our logistical partners, our team will get in touch with you personally to help you process your order(s).

Do you cover customs duties/taxes?

No, we don’t. Depending upon the destination country, the customs duty can be calculated for individual orders. 

You can calculate the same for 100% cotton t-shirts (normal prints) and for mixed fabric t-shirts (all-over prints) from Cybex.

Enter the CIF Value (in INR) as the Total Value of the Shipment (Cost of Products+Cost of Shipping).

How long does it usually take to ship an order?

We generally print, pack and ship in 3-4 business days, which means that for domestic orders (India) consignments generally get delivered in 7-10 business days and for international orders, about 2-3 weeks.

We are continually improving our processes to ensure orders are delivered as soon as possible, but if you have any urgent/special requests do write to us at [email protected] and we’ll try to push the boundaries a little bit more for you 🙂

How do I track my order?

Once you log in to your dashboard, you will be able to access all orders with us. Click on the order details (the order number) to get the tracking id/information.

If you are unable to track your order yourself, chat with us/contact support.

Payments

What payment methods are accepted?

With Domestic and International Credit & Debit cards, EMI, Netbanking from 58 banks, UPI and 8 mobile wallets, our Razorpay integration provides the most extensive set of payment methods.

All our product prices are in INR (Indian Rupees). Cash on Delivery (COD) is only available in India. 

What happens in case of a payment failure?

In most circumstances, the amount deducted from your bank account would be automatically refunded to you. If this is not the case, get in touch with us (with transaction details/relevant screenshots) to help you process the order.

Orders and Returns

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes, you do. The downside to not having an account with us is that you can’t create a wallet with KLOTH and get cashback offers (which are crazy!).

Who should I to contact if I have any queries?

Get in touch with us at [email protected] or chat with us by clicking on the cute little chat widget button on the lower right corner of the web page. You can even get in touch with us using Messenger and Whatsapp.

How can I cancel or change my order?

Ideally, an order once placed should be cancelled within 24 hours. Keep an eye out for the status of the order in your dashboard. If it says Processing, you can go ahead and cancel the order (our team will get in touch with you to confirm the same). Orders cannot be cancelled once the order status has changed to Shipped.

How can I return a product?

Chat with us/get in touch with us at [email protected] if you are not satisfied with our product. We try to ensure that returns are processed without any hassles.
