The term “item(s)” would refer to all or part of the individual units that make up an order.
The terms “item(s)” and “product(s)” are used interchangeably.
Returns and Exchanges
You have 15 calendar days to submit the request for the return/exchange an item(or items) from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Only the following item(s) are eligible for exchange:
- Item(s) of clothing or apparel which do not meet the expected size and/or fitting requirement.
- Incorrect item(s) shipped in place of item(s) ordered.
Your return shipment must contain the original packaging of the item(s).
Your item(s) need(s) to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
International orders are not eligible for return/exchange unless an incorrect product(s) has been delivered.
Defective product(s) need not be returned, unless confirmed by us. If you have received a defective product(s), send us images at [email protected] and we will get back to you.
Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s).
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank’s/card issuer’s policies.
Shipping Policies for Returns and Exchanges
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item(s). Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Orders that have not been shipped can be cancelled by contacting us as [email protected]. We will cancel the order and initiate a refund.
Orders that have been shipped will have to follow the return and refund process.
